Q22、What is knowledge inheritance?
In order for organizations to complete all the tasks, they must be responsible for the abilities of knowledge workers working on those tasks. In order to reach the goals, the organizations must use the knowledge, skills, or experience and successfully replicate them on the rookies to execute those tasks. A method or mechanism is also designed and all kinds of learning application tools or skills used, gradually transferring the knowledge. This is called “knowledge inheritance.”
