Q17、What is knowledge map?
Knowledge map is a management model. It systematically categorizes, stores, searches, and applies knowledge materials so the corporate employees can easily grasp the corporate knowledge content, distribution status, and storage locations, so they can exhibit application value. Because a knowledge map is a search mechanism that, through categorization framework and attribute information, establishes knowledge materials, it is similar to the functions of a map, therefore it is called a “knowledge map.”
