Q20、 Possible problems faced when drawing corporate knowledge maps?

.The framework of knowledge categorization is hard to plan. If they are too complicated, users cannot find the needed knowledge materials quickly. If they are too easy, there will be excessive knowledge materials under one category, and will be hard to search

.The attribute information content of knowledge materials is not easy to unify. As all the users have their own terms they are used to, it is hard to demand.

.Some knowledge materials will crossover two or more categories, so they cannot be saved in suitable locations

.The contents of the knowledge materials are not certified, and will lead to wrong methods or messages

.Supervisors make excessive demands of employees with regard to writing knowledge materials. It will become a mere formality and cause useless knowledge materials to be stored

.The current corporate information system also contains many knowledge materials, this will cause integration problems with the knowledge management platform

.The functions of the knowledge management platform are too fancy and cannot completely satisfy the users’ needs, causing the willingness for use to decrease

.Employees are unwilling to write knowledge material materials based on their experience, therefore the contents of the knowledge management platform are not sufficient

.Employees do have not have time or do not know how to transform experience or knowledge into knowledge materials
