Q6、What are the differences between file management and document management?
File management mainly focuses on the files produced by work and managed individually through a tree directory. Document management is gathering all the files to make a complete document and then categorizing them, and using the metadata method for management. For example, a “XX plan bidding document” probably includes “Bidding announcement,” “bidding notice,” and “bidding plan proposal.” This information may be different individual files, so document management focuses on “XX plan bidding document” as the management subjects. File management focuses on three individual files of “Bidding announcement,” “bidding notice,” and “bidding plan proposal” as management subjects
